Been using them for about 2 years without any problems.
I have heard a few people having small problems on 1 of there older server, but none on the server I am on and it's been great for me... :)
I also see they are adding new Quad cores.. :) maybe have to get another hosting plan |

I've been with them for years.
1st year was great. Thereafter it's gone down hill. This year the server had a server virus so bad that google search engine band them. Their uptime has been terrible! I cannot recommend this Co. |

My fifth web host, I believe, and so far a positive experience. I moved here half a year ago because my other webhosts had too few features or were way too slow.
Pros:
- fast enough for programming/testing
- CPanel has about every feature I could want
- unlimited email accounts, sub- and addon domains
- keeps you updated on network status
- accepts PayPal
Cons:
- CPanel could learn a thing or two from User Interaction Designers. Load of features, though.
BeTheHost has a feature rich control panel, and I've used their billing system and support ticket system without problems. They keeps the users informed before a system outage, which gives me a sense of control and reliability. As can be expected with a smaller host, there are outages. But I prefer to know about them, rather than a host where I suddenly discover it's not working (as certain other hosts I could name).
I am considering ending my subscriptions on other hosts to the rest of my low-traffic pages there as well. I can easily recommend this to users who look for something cheap for their personal web pages.
I have no experience with how this host would handle larger amounts of traffic. |

The best host I have signed up with yet, took me almost 3 months of trial and error with many other host but now I am happy.. if you have been searching for a host, you can trust this one and also they offer it all with great prices. Support knows what they are doing and will help you almost instantly.
