They completely lack in customer service. I have been trying to contact someone at getbetterhosting for 6 months now, no repsone, this includes phone messages, emails, faxes etc. I would stay far away from this web site hosting comapany. No one seems to know who owns the company either, very strange... They moved my database and that was the end of my site (they probably lost it due to incompetence, who knows. I am really bummed out with this web hosting company. |
