My site was down for over a day and besides the automated response. I got no response.
I had to scramble to move my entire site and domain (which takes about a week) to another web hosting company.
If you go with this company, Good Luck...you will need it! |

The advertised 99.9% uptime is COMPLETELY FALSE. Their server is down 3-4 hours a month on average. several hours a month it's unbearably slow providing you no access to the website or email.
Their support does not respond to tickets and ignores requests for help.
also they WILL NOT refund your money even if they are not providing the advertised service
in addition to that, there are HIDDEN FEES after you pay the initial price |

In my opinion, Hostingplex and other companies like it come down to one thing: the person on their end who handles the customer service request. I was ready to leave hostingplex, but then a guy named Alfez started answering all of my support tickets. It seems to me like he cares, and he helps out. Do all issues get resolved immediately? No, but look, you're paying what, $7 a month for all that they offer? You can't expect them to wait on you hand and foot.
If you have a pretty darn important business website with high traffic, maybe you should pay premium prices. But for bargain prices, I think Hostingplex has done a pretty good job.
6.5/10... but keep in mind, 7/10 is pretty darn good for $7/month unlimited add-ons, etc.
As long as Hostingplex hires guys like Alfez, I'll stick with them. |
