The absolute worst webhost in the business, and I do not say this lightly. They are big on presentation, their site looks great, but forget about any support whatsoever.
If you have any problems you are dead in the water. They don't answer their phone and their 99% uptime guarantee is a joke. Multiple outages in recent months and no reason as to why. Nor any credit towards future hosting, so what the hell is the "guarantee" good for? "We guarantee to take your money!"
Awful host, go with Media Temple, they are far superior and they answer their phone! And the guy answering it will speak english too! No extra charge for that. |
