I was referred to P4Host when I was looking to move my site off of the guy who was hosting me at the time. When I first bought my domain and web space, P4Host was always there and completely responsive.
My, how things have changed. That was then, This is P4Host now:
-My site was hacked a year ago, P4Host was completely UNRESPONSIVE to my multiple requests for access logs from them (which I never got).
-Failed to produce a backup of my site as every directory was damaged.
-Took 7 months for them to cancel the auto-renew feature.
-'Kevin' is nowhere to be seen - Phone number is a non-functional number, help desk is NEVER online.
-Looked at the server status last night and found that it said: No Servers Currently Being Monitored - oh that's great!
-No FAQ's or any kind of help available in the cpanel area.
I cannot WAIT to ditch this crappy host! |

as of mid Sept, cannot upload files, though web site is still up.
NO phone, email or service request replies. Not a good sign... |

| It seems they packed up shop. Their forums are down, support/sales never answer me. I decided to leave p4host and moved my site to imeanwebhosting.com and cut my losses. Things are much better now at my new host. Shame too, p4host used to be really good. |

| Previously quite ok, but now hasn't responded for days on a billing issue and has suspended my account dispite my efforts for days to reach someone to resolve the issue. |
