We have an excellent overall package and I would not consider going elswhere despite the fact that we are in the UK. |

| Have been a customer for 2 years without incident but recently the server seems to be slower probbably due to increase number of servers on the same facility at datacenter. Downtimes are considerably frequent with 3 times in Mar '07, 2 times in Feb '07 and once for 24 hours during Christmas '06. At all times their response is that NOC is down, power outages and never their fault. |
